The Sheffield PRU offers a comprehensive diagnostic Immunology, Immunochemistry and Pre-natal Screening service and has long-standing expertise in specialist protein measurement and interpretation.  The PRU continually seeks to offer new tests and has recently increased its specialist investigations to include mast cell activation markers, autoimmune encephalitis screen and severe combined immunodeficiency screening.
