South West London Pathology (SWLP) is an NHS pathology partnership set up by St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Croydon Health Services NHS Trust and Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to provide a single, integrated pathology service across South West London.

On 1 May 2021, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust joined to form an expanded South West London Pathology partnership. SWLP offers a wide range of diagnostic and clinical support services to its five hospitals, its GPs, other NHS institutions and private organisations. It provides an extensive repertoire of tests as well as a comprehensive set of specialist tests and services and is an efficient service that is high in quality and value for money.
